Volunteer Opportunities

Seasonal volunteer roles may be available in the following areas:

Data Collection Associate
Chat with visitors and help gather valuable feedback about their experience.

Administrative / Office Support
Assist with essential office tasks and provide friendly customer service to guests calling the Castle office.

Museum Interpreter
Share the fascinating stories of the Lucknow Mansion through guided tours and school group visits.

Visitor Services
Welcome guests, answer questions, and help create a warm, memorable experience.

Education Outreach Assistant
Support engaging public programs and educational events such as field trips and hikes.

Programs Support
Help ensure special events and public programs run smoothly and successfully.

Group Tour Assistant
Greet and assist group tours, helping guests feel informed and cared for.

Gardener
Help maintain the natural beauty of the Lucknow gardens and grounds.

Weddings Support
Welcome wedding guests and assist the Wedding Coordinator as needed.

Lucknow Mansion Organ Player
Enhance the visitor experience by playing the historic organ during programs and events.

Volunteer Requirements

To join our team, volunteers must:

• Complete an application and interview
• Participate in orientation and training as required
• Be able to work independently and follow directions
• Be at least 14 years of age
