Group Tours

Reservations are required in order to receive the Group Rate. The Group Rate is applicable on weekdays only; there are no discounted rates on weekends or holidays. Once your reservation form is received (please scan & e-mail to groups@castleintheclouds.org), Castle in the Clouds will sign and return the form as confirmation. A confirmation count is required FOURTEEN (14) DAYS PRIOR to the scheduled visit. Due to the high volume of Group Tours visiting each year, we cannot guarantee the requested tour time but will do our best to accommodate all requests.

The Carriage House Restaurant is open for lunch on a first come, first served, basis only.

Payment and final headcount are required 14 days prior to the tour date. To make payment, click here. A receipt and confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide. If no final guest count is received, the number of guests from the attached reservation form will be used as a final headcount. Charges for the Group will be based on the final headcount provided, plus any additional guests. One Tour Escort and one Bus Driver receive complimentary tour admission per group. Groups must provide a final headcount and be paid in full in advance of arrival.

Make Payment

All changes and/or cancellations of Castle Group Tours must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the scheduled visit. Any group that cancels within 14 days or does not cancel their tour will be subject to a $250 cancellation fee.

Follow signs to Bus & RV Parking, where a Castle in the Clouds representative will meet your group. Groups will receive a short orientation on the coach before disembarking for Trolley Service to Lucknow. If a late arrival is anticipated, please call our office at 603-476-5900; early or late buses may have to wait until the Trolley service is next available. Note: There is a restroom located near bus parking, however, there are no restrooms at the mansion itself, other than a porta-potty

Trolley Service Please note: all guests must be able to board a trolley to visit the Castle in the Clouds Lucknow Mansion. Castle trolleys are the only provided means of transportation to the historic Castle in the Clouds. After the Lucknow Mansion Tour, the trolley will drop your tour group guests off at the Gift Shop before transporting guests back to the Bus Parking area.
