Group Tours

Reservations are required in order to receive the Group Rate. The Group Rate is applicable on weekdays only; there are no discounted rates on weekends or holidays. Fax the completed Reservation Request Form to 603-476-2512 to request reservations. Once received, Castle in the Clouds will sign and return the form via fax as confirmation.

A confirmation count is required SEVEN DAYS PRIOR to scheduled visit. Due to the high volume of Group Tours visiting each year, we cannot guarantee the requested tour time but will do our best to accommodate all requests.

Castle in the Clouds schedules one luncheon per day. Reservations for luncheons are required and must be received a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days) prior to luncheon date.  Lunch Service is not available on weekends or holidays.  All options include beverages. Taxes and gratuity are included in the pricing. Menu items and prices are subject to change up to 14 days prior. Tours escort and driver do not receive complimentary Lunch Service.

A confirmation count is required 7 days prior to scheduled tour. Groups will be charged for a minimum of the Paying Guest Count received 7 days prior plus any additional guests upon arrival. Groups will receive complimentary admission for one tour escort and one driver per bus. There are no comps for Lunch Service. Companies may pay ahead of the tour, leave a credit card on file, or Tour Escorts can pay upon arrival in the Gift Shop. We accept company check, cash or credit card.

All changes and/or cancellations to tours must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to scheduled visit. Any group that does not arrive for the scheduled tour, cancels within less than 14 days or does not cancel in writing will incur a $250 cancellation fee. All changes and/or cancellations to Lunch Service must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to scheduled luncheon. Any group that does not arrive for their scheduled luncheon, cancels within less than 14 days or does not cancel in writing will be subject to additional fees equal to the cost of food.

Castle trolleys will meet Group Tours in the Bus Tour Parking Lot at the scheduled arrival time. A Castle in the Clouds representative will meet all tour buses in the field for a brief orientation before departing the coach. There are no restrooms at the Castle so all guests should use restrooms before boarding the trolley.  If a late arrival is anticipated, please call our office at 603-476-5900; early or late buses may have to wait until Trolley Service is next available.

Please note: All guests must be able to board a trolley in order to visit the Lucknow estate. Trolleys are the only provided means of transportation to the Castle.
