Join us for a guided tour of the main living floors of the Lucknow Mansion! An experienced guide will share the fascinating history of this property while leading guests through the upper floors of Tom and Olive Plant’s home. Learn about the pre-Plant and Plant-era history of the land now known as Castle in the Clouds, as well as highlights of the mansion’s furnishings and ongoing restoration.
This tour requires the navigation of stairs and is not handicap accessible, and this tour is not appropriate for visitors aged 5 and younger.
These intimate tours are limited to 10 guests each. One guided tour will be held each day Lucknow Mansion is open for the season. The tour begins at 9:30 AM. Please arrive at the Carriage House by 9:20 AM so we can start at 9:30 AM – there is much to see!
At the Tour’s conclusion, participants are invited to continue to explore the Mansion on their own to further understand Tom & Olive Plant, their staff, and their estate. Museum Interpreters are available on each floor to answer any questions.
