Solar Gazing

Marc Stowbridge lives in central New Hampshire and astronomy has been an interest of his ever since childhood when he watched the first satellites crossing the sky. Since joining the New Hampshire Astronomical Society (NHAS) in 1999, he has participated in many sky watches and was Chair of the Outreach Committee for several years. Marc is a NASA/JPL volunteer educator through the Solar System Ambassador program.

This program is weather-dependent. In the event that it is raining or overcast, there will be an opportunity to chat with the astronomers in the Winnipesaukee Room on the second floor of the Carriage House instead. 

In the case of the Castle Preservation Society canceling the program for extenuating circumstances, registrants will be notified of cancelation via phone or email.
