3rd Annual Teacher Open House at Castle in the Clouds

Moultonborough, NH – Castle in the Clouds is gearing up to host its annual Teacher Open House on Sunday, June 1^st. The Castle’s education team invites all educators and their families to join them in a field trip “sneak peak” that will include, for just $5/person, a self-guided tour of Lucknow Mansion, a guided hike, goodies and a question and answer session with the Director of Education & Partnerships, Debbi Finkelstein.

Finkelstein, a former teacher, is passionate about education and wants to make sure teachers know that “we have a great resource in your own backyard! Many may know us for history, but we hosted our first math-focused field trip last year and have so many multi-disciplinary opportunities thanks to our unique geology, architecture, and breathtaking views that have inspired artists for centuries.”

The day will start with a light breakfast and information session before educators can choose to go up to the mansion, eat lunch, spend time in the exhibit gallery, or socialize before the group gathers in the afternoon for a special guided hike. ABOUT CASTLE IN THE CLOUDS
