Exploring the Art of Watercolor Class

Carole Shea, Artist & Designer

Carole received a BFA-Bachelor of Fine Arts, majoring in painting, from the University of Connecticut, Storrs, CT, and a MAED-Master of Art Education from the University of Hartford, West Hartford, CT. Her watercolors have been exhibited in CT juried shows, a one woman show, and a CT Watercolor Society annual show at the Wadsworth Atheneum in Hartford, CT.

Carole taught art for 8 years in grades 9-12, at Ellington High School in CT. As an adjunct faculty member at North Carolina Wesleyan University, she taught art appreciation & art history.

As a registered Professional Interior Designer, Carole has collaborated with architects on commercial design projects around the country, winning numerous green design and historic design preservation awards for projects in New York, Utah, New Jersey, North Carolina and Connecticut.

This program is in the Winnipesaukee Room, which is on the second floor of the Carriage House. To access the Carriage House, please use our Ossipee Park Road entrance, and use the following GPS address:

Take Ossipee Park Road and bear right through the open fields, past the Café to our main visitor parking lot on the left. The Carriage House is located just beyond the parking lot. Accessible parking is available directly across from the Carriage House.

All ticket sales are final; no refunds, transfers to other days, or exchanges.

The Castle reserves the right to cancel if there are fewer than 4 total participants registered. You will be notified via phone or email the day before the event in case of cancellation. In this event, a refund will be available.

In case of inclement weather a decision will be made the day before the program about moving to the snowdate.
