Outdoor Explorations:
Solar Gazing with Marc Stowbridge

MONDAYS JULY 2 TO AUGUST 27
1:00PM THROUGH 3:00PM
FREE TO THE PUBLIC

Disobey your mother and look at the sun… through a hydrogen alpha telescope. Marc Stowbridge of the NH Astronomical Society will set up his telescope in the field by Shannon Pond. Stop by, have a look, and learn about what you’ve never really seen.

Each week, Marc will be setting up his telescope on the grounds of Castle in the Clouds. Feel free to drop in and speak with Marc, learn about the sun, and try out his telescope anytime between 1:00pm and 3:00pm. This is a free program and you do not need to register in advance.
