Explore the Castle grounds as you go Birding with Bob Ridgely, distinguished ornithologist. Walk the Castle’s meadows and woods as Bob Ridgely calls to well-known and exotic birds. Don’t forget to bring your binoculars and notebook to record your finds. Space is limited for this program and it does fill up quickly. Costs are $10 per person or $5 for children age 5-17. All children four years and under are free of charge.

Use Ossipee Park Road for entry as the main gate will be closed. Park in the main parking lot and walk to The Carriage House for check in. The walk will depart the Carriage House at 8:30am, so plan to arrive a little early to check in.
Wear comfortable walking shoes, sun protection and dress for the weather. This event will be canceled if there are severe storms in the forecast. All guests who have signed up in advance will be contacted directly if the event is canceled.
