Do you enjoy the outdoors and enjoy writing (or think you might)? Join veteran naturalist, tracker and poet, Barbara Bald on an easy trek along the trails and fields here at Castle the Clouds. Spend time walking in nature, sitting in stillness and stopping at waterfalls, outcroppings and sights that call to you. We will use journal writing, prose and poetry to help us experience the world and our connections to it in a different way.
No writing experience is necessary, but participants are asked to bring a small note pad and pencil, tiny tape recorder, or a cell phone that records. Please be sure to dress for the weather and wear comfortable, sturdy shoes. You might consider bringing a hat, water bottle, sunscreen, bug and tick repellent and a small cushion that could fit in a day pack.
Due to the intimate nature of this program, space is very limited and registration is required. Please register at the orange button above or call Stephanie at 603-476-5410.
