The 2021 Preview Party is sold out. Join us at the Christmas at the Castle Main Event taking place Nov 20-21 & Nov 26-28!
Be the first to tour the Lucknow mansion, festively dressed for the holidays by creative businesses and designers to reflect their take on Holiday Carols! This evening event is full of warmth, ambiance, and merriment. Tour the Lucknow mansion amidst the glow of its historic lighting and holiday twinkle; mingle by the fireplace in the Carriage House with hors d’oeuvres and accompaniments from the bar; browse local wares at the Artisan Fair – a perfect place to find unique holiday gifts; and relax to live jazz on the piano.
Tickets are limited! Admission includes mansion tour, hors d’oeuvres, artisan fair, live music, and cash bar (one drink ticket included with admission).

To access the Carriage House, please use our entrance located at:
586 Ossipee Park Rd.

Take Ossipee park road and bear right through the open fields, past the Café to our large visitor parking lot above on the left (The Carriage House is just beyond the parking lot). Parking is available in our visitor lot, and accessible parking is available right in front of the Carriage House.
In response to the persistence of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are limiting attendance to the Christmas Preview Party and the entirety of the Christmas at the Castle event to allow space for social distancing. At this time, masks are only required for staff to wear indoors and where social distancing cannot be maintained, but we encourage all guests to wear them to help protect our community. In addition to limiting attendance on a whole, trolleys will be limited to 15 guests per trolley ride during this event.
We are following state and CDC guidelines and will make policy updates as needed.
Please stop at the check-in table in the Carriage House upon arrival. We encourage guests to use the restrooms inside the Carriage House prior to boarding the trolley if needed as there are no public restrooms inside the Lucknow Mansion.
When the trolley arrives and the driver indicates that they are ready for you to board, please do so by taking the seat farthest in the back and load back to front. This will keep guests from crossing paths in the tight quarters of the trolley.
All sales are final. If this event is cancelled by Castle in the Clouds in the case of extreme weather or extenuating circumstances, refunds for ticket costs will be provided. All registered participants will be notified via e-mail of program updates.
This year’s Christmas at the Castle event would not be possible without the generous support of our decorators – all local businesses who donate their time and resources to “adopt” a room in the Lucknow Mansion and dress it to the nines with holiday cheer!

Are you a local artisan looking to participate in this year’s fair? We welcome you to complete an application! Our vendor space is limited, and approval is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis while also considering product offerings.
This is the perfect place to share your business with a new audience, just in time for holiday shopping!

The historic Lucknow Mansion is transformed into a beautifully festive home for our Christmas at the Castle event with the help of local businesses. We can’t do it without you!
Businesses each “adopt” a room of their choosing (first-come, first-serve) in the mansion to decorate within the set holiday theme – this year’s theme is Holiday Carols. As a decorator, businesses receive:
- A sign in their decorated room, announcing their business name as the adopter
- Their name included as a decorator in a press release to local newspapers
- Their name on our Christmas at the Castle web page
- Shout-outs/tagging of their own social media accounts on social media leading up to, and throughout, the 5-day event
Being a decorator provides local businesses with positive publicity that highlights their brand to more than 2,000 guests that traditionally attend this event each year. By volunteering your time and resources to adopt a room in the Lucknow mansion, you’re supporting our non-profit mission and demonstrating to the public that you support the community.
