The doors of The Carriage House welcome you in every Sunday from January 5 – March 29, 2020 for a brunch buffet upstairs in the Winnipesaukee Room! With large picture-windows that provide sweeping views of the mountains and lake, you can enjoy a beautiful view while having your meal. Brunch at The Carriage House is a perfect morning wake-up, post-hike recovery, or afternoon delight. We offer a variety of breakfast and lunch items including special offerings that change each week!

The brunch buffet includes non-alcoholic beverages (coffee, tea, juice, milk and hot chocolate), with cash bar available. Seating is provided on a first-come, first-served basis; we do not take reservations.

$26 Ages 18+ │ $17 Ages 12-17 │ $12 Ages 3-11 │ Ages 2 & under eat free w/paying adult

Because our main gate is closed in the off-season, please use our year-round property entrance located at:

586 Ossipee Park Rd., Route 171
Moultonborough, NH 03254

Parking is available in our main visitor lot, and handicap parking is available right in front of the Carriage House.

Our hours are weather permitting. Please don’t hesitate to call our offices in the event of poor driving conditions. Your safety is our main priority and we will close the property if the roads are not safe. You may also check our website and Facebook page for closure updates.

The Lakes Region Conservation Trust works hard to provide you with fun and active year-round opportunities to enjoy their property, like cross-country ski trails. Don’t forget their amazing trails that you can hike and snow-shoe all year long, too!

Hiker parking is located at the top of Ossipee Park Road, across from the entrance to the bottling plant. If you’re planning on staying later in the afternoon, be sure to park outside the gate as we will close and lock that gate after restaurant hours.
