Come Up to the Castle and See New Hampshire!

Open every day 10 am to 4:30 pm!

Celebrate your July 4th Weekend with a visit to the Castle!

Bring your friends and family and come up to the Castle. Enjoy truly breathtaking views from this spectacular turn-of-the-century sixteen-room Arts & Crafts mansion perched high on a pristine 5500-acre mountaintop estate overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee!

Walk or hike our 45-miles of trails, stroll the winding paths along beautiful gardens and gorgeous waterfalls, feed the giant trout in Shannon Pond, visit our New Hampshire-themed gift shop and our new Art Gallery, or join us for one of our many events.  Wherever you go, you'll be amazed at the Castle's amazing "aerial" views of the Lake and mountains--including the views from the acclaimed Carriage House Cafe & Patio where you can enjoy a delicious lunch, snack and refreshments.

Boston Globe writer Ellen Albanese praised the food and atmosphere at the Carriage House Cafe & Patio: Its "menu of sandwiches, salads, soups, and entrees such as steak tips and fish (most under $10), this eatery captures the spirit of the attraction itself.  At an elevation of 1300 feet, diners feel they're on top of the world..."  Read the Globe review here.
